Founded by Desmond Baskersville and Chris Lemons in July 2018, Gratitude Botanical Farm’s mission is to grow, educate, feed, serve and protect the history of the people of Atlanta through the art of organic urban agriculture.

Meet the Owner
Chris Lemons is an Atlanta native and a Master Gardener Volunteer with the UGA Cooperative Extension. He comes from a long lineage of farmers in Georgia, and has maintained and managed his community garden for years in the historic Peoplestown community. Chris has 10 years of experience as a grower.
